How do I setup and pack down my NEW Pop-up Chameleon?

Can I visit the Pop-up Chameleon shop in person?

No, sorry we don't currently have a shop front. This may change in the in the future. Signup to our updates or follow us on our social channels to stay up to date.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver throughout mainland Australia and Tasmania, via Australia Post, only areas not serviced by Australia Post being excluded. Please visit https://auspost.com.au/business/shipping/domestic-shipping/delivery-speeds-and-coverage for more information on speed and delivery.

As of January 1st 2023 we are also delivering to New Zealand and the North America.

What are the delivery charges?

Our standard delivery charge for 1 Pop-up Chameleon 2000's is $16.95 (Parcel Post) or $26.95 (Express Post) Australia-wide per delivery.

Orders containing 2 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $26.95 (Parcel Post) or $36.95 (Express Post) Australia Wide per delivery.

Orders containing 3 or more Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $36.95 (Parcel Post) or $46.95 (Express Post) Australia Wide per delivery.

New Zealand
Deliveries to New Zealand are sent via International Standard Post (Parcel Post)

Our standard delivery charge for 1 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000 is $32.95 (NZD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Orders containing 2 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $42.95 (NZD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Orders containing 3 or more Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $52.95 (NZD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

North America
Deliveries to North America are sent via International Standard Post (Parcel Post)

Our standard delivery charge for 1 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000 is $52.95 (USD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Orders containing 2 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $72.95 (USD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Orders containing 3 or more Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $92.95 (USD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you can place an order without registering if you wish. There are benefits to registering but if you don’t want to then simply check out as a guest.

What credit cards do you accept?

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

Do I have to use a credit card to place an order online?

You can also use digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Shop Pay and also PayPal or via Afterpay.

PayPal allows you to pay using several different methods including using your debit account as well as credit and charge cards. Refer to PayPal for more information.

How long does delivery of my order take?

Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days from the time of ordering.

Once dispatched estimated delivery times*

Parcel Post: Will be delivered between 2 - 8 days
Express Post: Will be delivered between 1 - 4 days
International Standard Post: 6 - 10 days

Delivery times may be extended during busy periods, extended public holidays. Please allow additional delivery time for orders to regional areas.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered. Any addition is treated as a new order and handled separately with a new freight charge. Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, but a $5.00 administration fee will be charged and the balance refunded to you within 10 working days.

We do not use, nor provide customer information to third parties for any reason other than to provide our services to you. For more information refer to our Privacy Policy.
