Can I visit the Pop-up Chameleon shop in person?
No, sorry we don't currently have a shop front. This may change in the future. Sign up to our updates or follow us on our social channels to stay up to date.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver throughout mainland Australia and Tasmania via Australia Post, with only areas not serviced by Australia Post being excluded. Please visit auspost.com.au for more information on delivery speeds and coverage.
We also deliver to New Zealand and the United States.

What are the delivery charges?

Our standard delivery charges are based on the cubic weight of your order:

Deliveries to the United States are sent via International Standard Post. All duties and taxes are covered by Pop-up Chameleon — there are no surprise charges at your door.

How cubic freight rates are calculated
Australia Post calculates shipping costs based on the greater of the parcel's actual weight and its cubic weight. Cubic weight is calculated by multiplying the parcel's dimensions (length × width × height in metres) by 250. For large but lightweight items such as our enclosures, cubic weight will almost always be the determining factor. Do I have to register to place an order?
No, you can place an order without registering if you wish. There are benefits to registering but if you don't want to, simply check out as a guest.
What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
Do I have to use a credit card to place an order online?
You can also use digital wallets such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Shop Pay, PayPal, or Afterpay.
PayPal allows you to pay using several different methods including your debit account as well as credit and charge cards. Refer to PayPal for more information.
How long does delivery of my order take?
Orders are normally dispatched within 2–3 working days from the time of ordering.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times:
Parcel Post: 2–8 business days
Express Post: 1–4 business days
International Standard Post (NZ): 6–10 business days
International Standard Post (USA): 8–14 business days
Delivery times may be extended during busy periods and extended public holidays. Please allow additional delivery time for orders to regional areas.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be altered. Any addition is treated as a new order and handled separately with a new freight charge. Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch, but a $5.00 administration fee will be charged and the balance refunded to you within 10 working days.

We do not use, nor provide customer information to third parties for any reason other than to provide our services to you. For more information refer to our Privacy Policy.
