Delivery within Australia

Delivery within Australia via Australia Post (Parcel Post & Express Post) we service virtually all areas of Australia with only those areas not serviced by Australia Post being excluded. Our standard delivery charge for 1 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000 is $16.95 (Parcel Post) or $26.95 (Express Post) Australia-wide per delivery.

Orders containing 2 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $26.95 (Parcel Post) or $36.95 (Express Post) Australia Wide per delivery.

Orders containing 3 or more Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $36.95 (Parcel Post) or $46.95 (Express Post) Australia Wide per delivery.

Estimated delivery times

Parcel Post: Will be delivered between 2 - 8 days
Express Post: Will be delivered between 1 - 4 days

International Shipping

Deliveries to New Zealand

Deliveries to New Zealand are send via International Standard Post (Parcel Post)

Our standard delivery charge for 1 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000 is $32.95 (NZD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Orders containing 2 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $42.95 (NZD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Orders containing 3 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $52.95 (NZD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Please Note: if sending more than 3 Pop-up Chameleons additional freight may need to be charged, upon receiving order.

Parcel Post: Will be delivered between 6 - 10 days

We can manually send out deliveries to New Zealand via International Express Post, if you would like to use this service please email sales@popupchameleon.com prior to placing your order for a shipping quote.  Note: Your order will need to be placed manually with us to ship via International Express Post.

Deliveries to the USA

Deliveries to North America are sent via International Standard Post (Parcel Post)

Our standard delivery charge for 1 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000 is $29.95 (USD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Orders containing 2 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $55.95 (USD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Orders containing 3 Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000's will increase the delivery charge per delivery to $73.95 (USD - Parcel Post) per delivery.

Please Note: if sending more than 3 Pop-up Chameleons additional freight may need to be charged, upon receiving order.

 PLEASE NOTE: There have been a number of suspended services due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19 and the situation is evolving daily. We do our best to lodge all international prders next day from your purchase date to give you package the best chance of arriving within the estimated delivery times.

Returns

Please Note: We are unable to offer returns for International orders (Order delivered outside of Australia). If your Pop-up Chameleon is defective, we will require photographic evidence of the defect.

If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method (less freight cost). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. For any concerns please contact us at sales@popupchameleon.com.

Returns within Australia

We have a 14-day return policy for defective products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000 to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please Note: Returns are limited to product defects and will not be considered due to change of mind.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@popupchameleon.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Important: The cost of return will be the responsibility of the customer and in the event of a refund being issued this will not include the original freight cost.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your Pop-up Chameleon 1000 or 2000 upon receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or has been damaged in transit, we can then evaluate the issue advise as to course of action.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (less freight cost). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
